After a mess up from an Uber delivery driver, the team over at coop promptly and kindly sorted the situation and made sure my food order was delivered by their own delivery department. Thankyou to all the staff this afternoon! - Amy

Normally have no problem here but bought Gressingham duck, on its use by date. Opened it and the smell was overwhelming like rotten meat. Very soon after a swarm of flies appeared. The smell was so bad the neighbours smelt it out in the street, in their gardens and flies invaded houses on either side. I know this sounds unbelievable but this is how bad the meat was. We thought the flies had appeared because of the weather change but as soon as we disposed of meat and packaging and lit some candles the flies disappeared.
