Dropped off a parcel for a DPD collection which was not scanned correctly, Parcel was then lost for 3 weeks in the system. Customer no longer needed the items as the delivery date was missed. No real sincere apology for any of this at all either. Unfortunately there isn't an option for Zero star on this review.

Limited range of produce, more expensive than rivals, convenience comes at a cost. Friendly staff and clear layout.

Nice clean well run medium sized supermarket where you can get all your weeks shopping in a relaxed atmosphere. This is more like the co-op supermarkets we had back in the 70s and 80s and not just a convenience store, I so wish there were more co-op shops like this one.
