Most of the staff are friendly here. However on Easter Sunday,my son was looking forward to spending his money here and one rude shop assistant said 'seriosly' to my nine year son when he took his change out to spend there. She made him cry because she was so rude. If a customer was rude to her,I'm sure she wouldn't like it. She should treat customers,no matter how old they are or how they are paying,or actually who ever the customer is with respect,just as she would expect from a customer.She ruined my son's day and destroyed his confidence. I will continue to use this store only because it's close to my house but she either needs sacking or retraining. I expect she is the same lady who has earned this shop bad reviews which is a shame because other then that the rest of the staff are lovely. UPDATE just really bad staff. I went to buy the value £6 freezer stuff. When I got home I realized that I had forgotten the chicken nuggets to go with the deal. Surely the till assistant would have known,either by the till or even just by paying attention to her job..... So instead of getting a good deal I ended up paying over the odds and having a missing item. Ironic how it was the same member of staff who I complained about above.... However some of the staff are lovely their. Shame the behaviour of one person has let the place down.

The store itself is nice, but some of the staff here are incredibly rude. They seem to think that serving at the tills is an inconvenience, which is why it is usually empty of any staff. When I got to the tills the clerk said "this one" in a manner as if I'm sort of barbarian who doesn't know anything, as she opened up the till at the end. After that, I asked for a bag and they threw it at me along with the receipt. I also didn't get a "hello" or "thank you" or "goodbye", which is something you should be trained to do in customer service. Update: same store clerk. Greeted the customer in front of me by name. No hello. Dumped my items in front and didn't bother with a receipt. I needed a receipt.
