Just been there. Only one member of staff who was marking down food. Queue of people at the checkout. I watched as two of them gave up and left taking their shopping with them. I mentioned to the chap that there were people waiting. He shrugged his shoulders but did go to serve. Have witnessed shoplifting there before. Never enough staff. Handy for things if I don’t want to cross the road to Tesco but never buy fruit and veg there as the quality is poor. Bananas especially are usually past their best. A bit of a disappointment all round.

Disgusting that they choose to throw away perfectly good food. With all the wastage in the world, food shortages, and rise of living costs they should be ashamed of themselves. Manager to scared to have any common sense.

Nice clean shop, surreal experience tbh. I pulled up, no other cars in the car park. Went in, didn’t see anyway, got my lunch, went to pay and there was a line of self check outs and 1 or 2 normal check outs at the end but didn’t see any staff members. Did the self check out whilst being chatted to by the screen and went on my way. Nice new curry flat breads in the meal deals.

Wasn't too fussed when I found out it was opening as preferred the one across the road. However the staff in here are so friendly. The bakery items are too die for. Fresh baguette straight out of the oven are amazing. Have to say I'm converted.
