I have been costumers since 2017 with co operative shop. On 3/01/23 i bought 20 pall Mall shift from the store i did found bug on the felter make me cough all day and feeling sick in my stomach i went back to the staff to return they didn't even care about my complain and they keep telling me i need to see the manger but every time i go no manger and i felt they playing unprofessional game to get red of me i feel very bad about that and i start to think i dont need to spend my money with such poor customer service

Usually has the essentials, slightly over priced but I guess that's a Coop. They sometimes have some good reductions. But oh my, some of the staff here can be so rude!! I often will avoid the tills when I see particular staff as their customer service is poor, basic manners are non existent to be honest!

A couple members of the male staff are incredibly rude, obnoxious and intimidating, social hygiene also seems a concern. The offers are quite repetitive and boring and prices are quite high even with reductions.
