I once visited the post office and was greeted by a hand written sign that said back in "20 minutes", unsure of when this 20 minutes started I decided to sit and wait as it could be ending any minute... anyway I ended up sat around for longer than 20 minutes and upon suggesting to the member of staff they should write "back at XYZ time" instead I was rudely told "so I'm not allowed a break then" and had eyes rolled at me 🤦♂️🙄... clearly thought she was the center of the world, take a 5 hour break for all I care I don't pay your wages but at least give an indication of when the post office will be available
