Use it very regularly but as I go around 7 am their is very little meal deal selection on offer. The fridges are broken at the moment so stock is limited ... But overall I would recommend visiting the shop because the staff are very welcoming and friendly

Even though this is the most local store to me. My husband and I will not be going back if we can help it. The staff have personal conversations on their headsets when serving and don't even acknowledge you apart from to tell you the price. No please or thank you. They make you feel like a massive inconvenience when you buy anything. This has happenned a few times.

The lady who is serving at this store on week ends needs to be more welcoming, she has a face like thunder, when you say good morning, and can barely answer you. May be she needs more customer training on how to make a customer feel welcomed. The other week she was complaining to a younger college that it looked like it was going to be busy, in a manner she did not want to be there. All the other Co-op shops that I go to I would like to say, the Staff are always polite and welcoming.

Quite a nice little convenience store in the middle of Hamble but like all convenience store prices are a little higher than you would find in the larger stores that are not in the middle of housing estates.

This is probably the worst shop it has ever been my misfortune to visit. The queues are unnecessary as staff always seem reluctant to seek help from their colleagues no matter how long the queque. And a certain elderly lady( Julie) who works there on Sunday mornings is very rude ignorant and unhelpful. She should be nowhere near the public. Several people of my acquaintance have been put off going there in case they encounter her. Thank you.
