PUGH RANT of the WEEK
Saw a sign outside about a certain 'if in doubt keep em out policy'. Personally I was absolutely fuming. I marched in there, catapulted my jar of garlic and chilli olives at the wall then donked the owner on the head with one of their stale baguettes.

It’s little wonder we have all been subjected to lockdowns in the past year…..my visit to this store this morning will be my last …… firstly the post office attendant did not speak clearly to me when I enquired about sending a document and when I politely asked her to repeat herself she seemed very put out ….. so 1 out of 10 for customer service then when I enquired to another member of staff regarding face coverings in the store as there was a young person ( old enough to be wearing one by the regulations and no lanyard with an exemption) I was told “ we don’t get paid enough to remind people” so clearly the stores duty of care to ALL customers is not important….this was my last ever visit to this shop and my advice if you care about your health is go elsewhere.
