FAQ
What is the quality of the olive oil produced by your cooperative?
Our cooperative produces high-quality olive oil that is made from carefully selected olives. Our olive oil has a rich flavor and aroma, making it perfect for cooking and enhancing the flavor of dishes. How are the olives harvested and processed?
We use traditional methods to harvest our olives, such as handpicking and using rakes to shake the trees. Once harvested, the olives are taken to our facility where they are washed, sorted, and pressed to extract the oil. We take great care in ensuring that our olives are handled properly to maintain their quality. What is the process for becoming a member of the cooperative?
Becoming a member of our cooperative requires an application and an initial investment. Members have voting rights and receive a share of the profits based on the amount of olives they contribute. We welcome new members who are passionate about agriculture and committed to our cooperative's values. How are profits distributed among members?
Profits are distributed among members based on the amount of olives they contribute to the cooperative. The more olives a member contributes, the greater their share of the profits. We believe in a fair and equitable distribution of profits among our members. What is the cooperative's approach to sustainability and environmental stewardship?
We are committed to sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship. We use methods that minimize our impact on the environment and promote the health of our olive trees. We also work to reduce waste and use resources efficiently. Our cooperative values the health of the environment and the well-being of our community.Reviews

Whoever the man was who just answered the phone has a disgusting attitude. He answered the phone saying “who’s this” I said is this the coop he said “ ye it is but weem shut” the attitude of it. And then he was moaning at me because their driver was late. Not my problem. Happy enough taking my money though. Then he slammed the phone down. Sort your attitude out! And you shouldn’t be in customer service if you don’t know how to speak to people!

I have to say of all the coops I go to this has got to be the worst there is.when there is a queue of people you'll find how many staff serving, usually one.i was in there today just me in the queue,no one serving, one woman behind the till doing something but not serving g and a guy sorting bread two yards away The woman gave a look to the other assistant with a shake of the head to say there's a customer here someone better serve him.this is not a one off, last time I was in there 7 people in the queue one person serving.the staff should remember its customers who pay thier wages at the end of the day.Its not as if they are cheap gotta be the most expensive high street store going, congrats on your Easter egg prices as well, one stop large egg 2 for fiver, coop 6 pounds each or 2 for 8 quid bargain.come on coop have a bit more customer service and stop ripping people off with your prices.
