How are the olives harvested and processed?

Our cooperative follows traditional methods of olive harvesting. We handpick the olives at the right time to ensure optimal ripeness. After harvesting, we use a mechanical press to extract the oil. We do not use any chemicals or additives in our olive oil production process.

What is the process for becoming a member of the cooperative?

To become a member of our cooperative, one must first express their interest in joining. We then provide information about the requirements and benefits of membership. After meeting the eligibility criteria, the member must sign an agreement and pay a membership fee.

How are profits distributed among members?

Our cooperative operates on a profit-sharing model. We distribute profits among members based on their level of participation and contribution to the cooperative. We also reinvest a portion of our profits into improving our production facilities and processes.

Fine place , good quality food and excellent service. Helpful and patient staff. Remember we go in to do “a shop” . They have to work here and bee in the same place as all of us shoppers. So they have a much higher chance of catching this dreaded virus.
