    I went into this store I purchased a water drink 65pence I was accused of not paying. Didn't get my receipt yet ask women check machines as I didn't check the one I got my drink from. She said couldn't so I left the store. Without my drink. You now lost a customer

    Extremely poor, horrendous, rude, and arrogant customer service experience every time I try to drop off or pick up evri parcels at the canning town London branch, and today was just enough. I've never experienced such disrespectful behaviour before. When I approached the counter, 4 members were chatting and laughing. The woman with the name dessma (azian, wearing a head scarf) became very agitated when I went to collect my parcel, because the time was a couple mins after 9pm. Her 1st sentence was, "What is the time now, huh!" using the all energy and emotions she could have, and continued with the same manner by saing."You can not come soo late for collection. Read your emails properly!" I've witnessed her arguing with the customer before. No customer or human deserves such a rudness. The manager whose name is deepak also needs proper training. Obviously, he doesn't know how to handle such a situation, or either with his staff. He could see and hear what she was saying, how she was expressing her self, her voice, her face expression, her body language, she even was waiving her finger when she was arguing with me. On several occasions, mainly on Sundays, her colleague, who looks and behaves the same as her, was refusing to accept returns with the excuse that the machine is not working, even if you have a label. I am wondering what criteria this shop is hiring their castomer assistants and managers and do they go through any customer assistant training. If they are unhappy with their job, they can just leave and allow someone else to provide the service. 0 customer service never smiles or makes you feel welcome. This shop gets worse and worse with the time as the staff is allowed to have no manner dealing with customers. I experience better service in my local shop. Hope Co-op improve their minimum customer service standards. Some people just need to be fired. Would recommend finding any alternative for parcel drop off or pick up and avoid this shop!!!!

    I experience a lot of prejudice in this store. Everytime I come to this store, either: 1. The security guard is following me down every aisle (In a poor attempt to be sly about it). 2. Immediately as I walk in the shop, I hear "Colleague and customer announcement, CCTV is operation at this store" (It's been happening a lot lately) 3. Whenever I've bought an item through the self-service, one of the workers would come up to me and ask me, "Did you pay for that?" 4. There was even a time where I was using the ATM in the shop, I can feel the security guard circling around me while I was withdrawing money from the machine. I feel like I'm being harrased at my own local shop (shopping here for 10+ years), which is very unfair. This has also happened to my brother, and I know there is more black people out there that has experienced the same treatment at this store. Normally I would just shrug this off, but now I'm seriously getting fed up of this. Hopefully, this review can make a change at this store.

    Horrendous customer service experience every time I try to drop off or pick up evri parcels, it takes 15-20 mins as they can never find them or they just let people skip the queue to drop of their parcels ahead of me after I’ve been waiting. Would recommend finding any alternative for parcel drop off or pick up!

    1. Out of date food always stocked on shelves. 2. Delivery is the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere. 3. They never have fully stocked shelves. Essential items always unavailable. 4. When using the delivery service, if an item is not available (which has happened every-time) they don’t give substitutes even though they state they do on the app. Canning Town CO-OP needs auditing.

    Queued up to print my label for my return , then I was walking over the till to drop it off while a staff member’s attitude was quite rude towards me, he kept yelling no returns, no returns, which I understand however the attitude was not needed.
