    Terrible customer service at the Coop branch in Camberwell from one of the cashiers (Jessica), who didn’t even great before starting to scan the products I wanted to buy, she didn’t even bother to ask if I needed a carry bag after she finished scanning, and didn’t even issue the receipt. She completely ignored me and barely looked at me as if I didn’t even exist, and didn’t treat me as if I was welcome in the store, although I’m a habitual customer who shops in that branch at least 3/4 times every week.

    No stars currently Because : Security staff target #BM of a specific demographic Meal Deal £6:00 rarely has all products advertised. The ride staff refuse to substitute the missing products . Therefor what would B value for £ isn't. Is this a franchise though? Elder Male staff & security are quite rude & confrontational . Discounted yellow sticker Food products are thrown in together prepared foods & Raw meats thus increasing the chances of F.Contamination. That said , one can choose Not too shop there. Happy New Year 2023
