Ordered online Sunday 23/04/2023 for a delivery, nothing turned up. Reordered Monday 24/04/2023 nothing turned up! reordered wednesday 26th nothing turned up, reordered today 28th nothing turned up what a joke of a company. Now taken £200 from me with no service at all. Bank says its still pending on my account and have to wait for a response from coop.

I’ve never seen more than one employee behind the till, most are often stocking shelves that seem to be constantly empty and messy and leave the 20 person deep queues to be dealt with by often the poor check out person . Never have stock when I deliveroo from here either 🙃 time to change coops
