Shelves are empty a lot of the time, they are always out of essentials like bread/milk/butter/eggs when we visit, the staff are lazy and ignore you waiting to queue or are out in the carpark smoking with the side door open that stinks out the shop, they expiry dates on the items are completely past and we have picked up out of date items several times, one member of staff nearly dropped a pile of cardboard boxes from a cage on my 9 month old baby in her buggy, staff don't challenge the local tea leaf lot who nick things and the lack of actual price deals really do not give customers the incentive to keep shopping there. All in all, most staff are rude, lazy or just plain stupid, the stock is horrendous and the staff do not rotate the stock properly which has resulted in many out of date items being purchased by customers in a rush.

Over 1 year on and there's still stock issues. Staff rely on the self service tills. Meal Deals are impossible as theres never any stock. Unless you need tinned foods dont bother negotiating the terrible entrance and pointless car park.

No one is ever at the till... Even if they see you waiting most of the time you will actually have to call their attention, not professional in the slightest

Don't buy the "so called" loyalty card. It has a fee for membership and then can't be used at most of the other local Co-op's ( a different society apparently - dispite all being branded "Co-op"). When we complained to head office we never received a reply.
