Went in to drop off dpd order...was told by 1st member of staff..too long...I said its 120cm...I posted one the previous week ..then supervisor came said...No...limit is 20cm.. I didn't want to set them straight as they were obviously too dumb..to understand....did wanted to ask how big was 20cm thou!!!!.. Dumb and unhelpful staff...co.op..teach your staff the basics..ok!!!

Today this Shop is in a very poor way ! In the last 12 years iv used this shop and previous shop over the road .I have never see it in such a shambles! Over the last week it's gone to rock bottom , Co/Op sort this out iv even now started to move away to other stories.even in the pandemic the shop ran well but now it's a joke ! From a co/op member and normally a keen supporter of the Co/Op ,
