Absolute joke of a school. I would strongly recommend only sending your children here if you hate them. My mixed race daughter was informed by a member of staff that she couldn't wear blonde braids because the colour "wasn't natural for her" so that should tell you everything you need to know. They hired security guards and one of them physically tackled a student with autism. Immediately after they banned all mobile phones in the school. So they can carry on operating without repercussions. They have now started escorting the students to and from the toilet. Which I find extremely inappropriate and degrading for students. My son is ignored and sent home constantly because they didn't put through his cahms referral for over a year. I'm not sure if it's because he's mixed race or because he doesn't have funding but they won't "care" about him till that funding is in place. There are a few teachers who are lovely and the reception staff are great but that's it. I cannot wait for my children to leave and if my daughter wasn't in the middle of GCSEs I would pull them both out of the school. One star is too good
