I have used complete EPC twice so far. I booked the appointment online and got a call to arrange soon afterwards, with same or next day appointments available. The technician arrived in time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave good advice eg my bathroom lamp uses a very specific type of CFL bulb and I hadn't been aware that (even more energy efficient) LED bulbs were available for it, too. Once I had made an online payment, the EPC was sent to me per email. Very convenient. I will be using them again and am happy to recommend them to anyone.
