Paid for an online course of environmental medicine, took my money no problem but no access to the course! I've emailed 3x and no response. Luckily I tested the water with a short course before committing to a 3 year one, now I've read all the reviews how awful they are ill instruct my bank to reverse the payment.

The content is second to none, with very experienced tutors able to provide great case examples. The monthly tutorials are a great way to catch up on any topics you are interested in or need a little bit of support with. There is an extremely impressive amount of videos on the site to help us dig further and I can confidently say that the past 12 months have changed the way we look at health, nutrition, fitness and well-being as a family. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY NOT YOUR EDUCATION THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY BEAWARE PLEASE PLEASE DONT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS BELOW THEY ARE NOT TRUE I have decided to study health and welness course at CNM , they have called me many times and trying to sell their course to me. Their customer service advisor have agreed me into the instalment plan and told me they have only few places left and course will start in Middle of January. I have paid £350 on the 9th of December havent signed any papers on their email, have contacted them in the 20th of December no response on the 23rd I have emailed them again she might have understood from my mail that I was looking for a refund, no reply whatsoever. On the 3rd of january she finally gave me a call I have explained to her that I cant continue due to increasing myworking hours and have asked her instead of refund I have gave her option to give me a credit note so I can study short courses but instead she have tried to sell me another diploma courses, I have explained to her I dint have the required amount for studying each week which is 8.5hours she said she would asked her manager to hive me a call. Again I habe explained to her manager my situation and again she have done nothing. I will be compaining to financial ombudsman service as I believe lots of people have been their victims please If you are do complain to financial ombudsman service I can confidently say they only care fir your money not your education
