I emailed my pictures of my idea and asked if they can help, with a specific deadline. They said yes. They took payment. The job got delayed. Half way cutting they said it can't be done(they should have known before saying yes), in the end they couldn't complete and wouldnt refund. And they think they are right! Absolute joke! Asked an other company later, they asked no questions and sent my cut outs in a week time for half the amount I was charged with this company. ....It's like I'm being asked to paint a house, I say I can do it, give me the money first. Then I start to paint the house, I realize it can't be done how my client wants it and I disappear without helping find a solution.
