Best agency by far! I finished my time last week with cnc, previously i had only gone private as agencies seem to have a bad name i feel, but cnc completely changed my opinions. They were always responsive quickly, always helped with any issues immediately and are not greedy at all with their prices. I think it's a smaller agency which makes it very personalised and small details aren't overlooked, Cindy and Roberto are genuinely lovely and obviously care about their clients and where they live. honestly, if i ever return to London i really hope its cnc i live with again. thanks again guys for being great!

Really poor service. We were shown a flat and asked to send the holding deposit and we were also sent a pre tenancy contract. Minutes after receiving the pre tenancy contract we got an email saying that the agency has decided to go through with another group has they had better offer for the flat. Now, Here is the fun part the said flat is still on market and not been rented out yet. Very poor internal management it seems or maybe a scam.

I was staying in one of CNC's property for one year and the service was the best ever. London has terrible Agencies but CNC is amazing, they are so quick, helpful and responsible. Whenever there was a problem with the flat they helped straight away. In the beginning of Covid they sent us lots of advice and also provided us with masks.
