The worst communication Ive ever experienced, they just promise you things and disappear, then try to blame you for their mistakes. I have ordered a big letter cut out, when they delivered it was cut into many pieces, stuck together into 3 main pieces using a blue material that showed blue line on my white structure! The 3 main pieces didn’t have any material to put them together, they never even told me it will be coming in 3 pieces! When I called the guy called Nick apologised and blamed it on another chap call Jeff and said he was meant to inform me. I told him I want this refunded, he said try to put it together if not we’ll refund, when I contacted them for the refund he denied and said he was just being “sympathetic to the situation” and I quote! I paid about 400£ for something that was thrown away due to their mistake, these people are horrible. Do not deal with them unless you want stress and frustration! (Another example of how they deal) When I first called them Jeff promised me the world and made everything sound very doable and easy, following up an hour later he disappeared and they Transferred my call to some one else who reassured me that it can all be done in time but Jeff left for now and I have to call next day, calling next day first thing in the morning they said you should have made the order yesterday so we can deliver in time 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ ** quick update, after this review, they contacted an accommodation company that I work for asking them to make me remove my review, saying that they can make claims if we take it to court for my reviews basically 😂 The worst production experience ever continues.
