Poor service. I was a walk-in customer. Upon arrival, I was not told the price or given options for different services. Without asking, the 'technician' simply cut my nails short and cut my cuticles -- neither of which I wanted. I was then charged the full price. The finish was rough -- as though she took no pride in what she was doing. I could had done it myself and kept £23. No smoothing, no finishing of nails. Will not go back.

Best nails place ever! I had a disaster from a different salon and they fixed the situation. They re-made my gel and nail extensions, found the best color to march my skin tone and drew a beautiful seasonal design (a snowflake, snow dots and dripping silver). Def a regular now!
