From the beginning to the end, CMT Constructions provided an excellent service. I contacted them on phone and they promptly called me back the next day with correct and reliable information. They arranged for a survey on the same day, and Kethy from CMT came out to assess the building along with his team and recommended the best solution for the development. I expressed how I wanted our IT Business spread in 3 floors and loft to be, and he got back to me with a fair and reasonable quote for the work to be completed as per the contract The Construction team were very polite, neat, and tidy when they came to the site, They completed the work required with no mess left behind and even helped me put the carpet to make it a little more cozy for storage. Overall, CMT Constructions provided a 5-star service from start to finish, and I highly recommend this company.

Construction works attached to residential building and they start at 7 am. It’s ramadan now and in the morning we try to sleep but they start making loud noise at 7/7.30 despite their permission starts later. Careless and disrespectful

Careless always making noise in Fitzrovia. The are building in Fitzroy street and making such big noise pollution. I don't understand how the council could approve noises at such hours like 7 am. I made complaint to the Council and asked them to do it in the afternoon but nothing to do. Learn respect for others. And you should respect the law as heavy noises can be made only after 8
