    Poor recruitment process. There is nothing fair about being sent a corrupted document as a way of testing you prior to an interview. Took over half the allotted time to fix it and I even told the CMS employee who sent it. Definitely corrupted on their end as all other documents downloaded that day (word, excel, PDFs) were absolutely fine on the same computer. What a waste of 3 weeks. Spoke to a friend who got the job who said the document was fine on his end.
