    Charlotte was wonderful to work with and so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. I would recommend booking in for a trial initially so that you can get a sense of some of her most popular styles and in order to give you a better vision for the big day. I felt a bit clueless before my trial but Charlotte showed me lots of images and made helpful suggestions so that we could pick a style together which I loved. I actually ended up changing my mind about my hair after the trial as I purchased a different wedding dress. Charlotte was very prompt and patient in all email communications between my trial and my wedding, as I kept changing my mind about what I wanted, and she continued to send helpful images across throughout this process to help me decide. It was really fun to hang out with Charlotte both during the trial and the morning of my wedding. Charlotte arranged for one of her assistants to do make up for some of my bridesmaids which meant that we had a bit longer in bed that morning! I felt sad to say goodbye to Charlotte when she left as I enjoyed spending time with her so much! I got lots of compliments on my hair and make up on my wedding day. Highly recommend Charlotte!
