Avoid this company Enginier turns up late and still charge you for ridiculous call out charge over £200 . They ask you to provide card details before booking and once they take out the money from your account They play games. The lady who answered the phone So rude and hang phone on you.. Don’t use them and do not give your card details .

no one knows they would need to provide type, what energy it runs on and the made (product number) of the heater when they have a problem with their heater for the first time od their life. the lady decided to block my number for life after i asked what that information is for, because as a complete amateur i thought i just need to tell them it is a heater in a new build house they would be able to work it out. after all they all look the same without a trained eyes and they should not expect any expertise from their customers.

I am really NOT impressed with this company, they charge over £200 for visit which I would have been prepared to pay if water leaks were fixed. Engineer was here less than an hour and water damage continued - when I contacted the company I was told it would be ANOTHER £200 call out fee!

This company is a robber. They charge me 210 pounds per hour to fix my electric boiler. In fact, it is a very simple work, just release air out of tank. However, they send me a receipt of two hours 420 pounds even they only spent less thank one hour in my apartment. They charge me additional 210 pounds for their walking to car park. They is extreamly ridiculou. I do find a way to complain this company.

Awful, horrible woman answers the phone here. She was so INCREDIBLY rude that I hung up on her. When your home is flooding with water, you just dont need her speaking to you like that when you are trying to use a service. She told ME not to be rude when I stood up to her. She really needs some training. I don't know who in Earth she thinks she is. Director of the company was charged with knocking off a jewellery shop in 2010 too. So....
