Very happy once again with CMC Harlow. My new Ioniq 5 was in an accident and my Insurance company was no help at all. Thanks to Terry Brown and the rest of his team the repair eventually got authorised following my insurance dragging their heels and now my car is back to its former glory. Terry was on hand throughout the process updating me and chasing up my Insurance company. A great job!! Thanks once again Terry I will be back for servicing and a new car from you at the end of my current lease!!!

Stay clear of this garage. Sold me a faulty car with several electrical issues lied and told me they had fixed all the issues, fixed absoloutly none of them had to leave my car with them for 8 days before they found and fixed only one of the issues. Now they want me to be out of pocket while they make zero loss. They dont answer emails for at least 10 days unless they want your money in whixh case they will answer within a few hours. Unreliable untrustworthy greedy.

Very bad experience. They sold me a faulty car when I sent the car back for repair they told me they repaired but had done nothing. I complained further then they part fixed the car. Now they want me to be out of pocket so they don’t lose after selling me a faulty car. They also don’t answer emails far at least 10 days when you need something from them but get back to you within the hour when they want your money. Disgusting. Don’t take the risk try another garage.
