Simon at Cannock CMC was very helpful, as I had specific needs, not so much what make or style of bike more the comfort factor and lightness of the bike. He did take time in going through the bikes and test rides on various bikes. Eventually found a suitable bike though a better specked on was at another branch which he had brought over.
