Chris did some initial designs for us and was really responsive to our suggestions and requirements. He and his team did really well in undertaking the work in testing weather conditions. The end result is just what we were hoping for, making the garden a much more useable space whilst retaining its original character. We commissioned Chris and Team to redesign our garden to make it low maintenance. This included new patio/new lawn/irrigation etc. The team did and excellent job and delivered the brief on time /budget/quality. Nothing was too much trouble and the Team Chris/Johnny and Tony were excellent and respected our property taking care to cause minimal disruption. Had an extremely poor service on installation of new fencing. Gravel barge boards were used as headers on the fencing. All boards were cracked and wood was mouldy. Fencing was put back to front with the neighbours and the wrong way round. We were almost over charged on excess materials that weren’t used too. The suggested mark up was extortionate. We had already paid 50% up front and the owner did not offer to rectify the mistakes. Called it quits at this stage. Really disappointing and zero concern for customer service. Professional integrity non existent and clearly in it to make a quick buck. He didn’t do the work himself and must rely on sub-contractors. I asked him if he had used these workmen before and didn’t answer. Shocking. Charged for a port a loo that arrived at 2pm of a 1 day job and wasn’t used once. Service: Fencing installation

We were not sure what to do with our garden so we worked with Chris and he came up with various options and really listened to how we wanted to use the space. His team were knowledgable and very professional. We now have new paths, a fire pit, new decking and lots of new beds of plants. Chris and his team achieved a complete garden make over in two weeks. This involved completely clearing and reversing the slope of the garden away from the house before starting the new build. Awaiting spring to see the planting scheme develop. Chris and his team managed to replicate the 3D pictures I had drawn up. A job well done.

Chris and his team were excellent and despite the weather and other constraints (which were beyond their control) completed the transformation to our garden in just a week. From day one of the design process to completion they were respectful of our wishes even though the design was tweaked a bit at the start of the actual work. We now have only one "complaint", we waste time standing at the kitchen sink drooling over the garden. We are so looking forward to March and spring so that we can get planting the garden with shrubs etc. and can enjoy sitting on our bench admiring the work that Chris and his team have done for us
