I had an unfortunate experience with Ernest Jones from whom I had bought a Hugo Boss watch 3 years ago which needed a new battery. They said it would take 4-6 weeks for a charge of £22.00 which I was not happy with!! I googled watch repairers in Leicester and found CM watch repairs.
