Called in to get an estimate on some work I required on my SLK 55. The guys couldn't be more helpful. We discussed the work scope and they recommended a full inspection to find out exactly what will be needed. The car was booked in for this in a weeks time. I was then shown round the workshop and was extremely impressed. I believe my car will be in good hands. .

Having had my E Type V12 Jag for a few years I was never completely satisfied with its performance. I suspected that there was something missing .Even after a nearby independent “ Jaguar “ specialist had worked on the car a couple of times I still wasn’t convinced. In trying to look for a competent second opinion I stumbled across Clydesdale Classics. And boy did they turn out to be a god send. After organising a meeting with them to convey my thoughts ,aspirations and hopes I decided to give them a go. Firstly, a detailed inspection of the whole car was undertaken., Thereafter a competent list of what was required to the car , short, medium and long term together with projected hours and material costs etc. was received which generally got my approval. Suffice to say when I got the car back it ran like a “singer sewing machine” or should I say V12. My thoughts had been vindicated and the boys have brought the car back to life. It is now the Jaguar V12 that I was convinced was missing . It has given me confidence , faith and an appreciation of the car that I didn’t have before. Lads you did a great job and I have so much admiration and appreciation for the dedicated and brilliant team of Duncan and Vlad . Thank you boys and of course thank you to the management team of David and Jordan.

Really glad I found this place for my classic mini. Excellent expertise, advice and communication throughout. Everything was fully costed and communicated with me before I decided to go ahead. Until I found this place I suspected my car was being serviced and MOT’d by people who had no idea what to check for when I asked them to make it as safe as possible and I was right. Vladimir showed me all the findings from the full health check when my car was on the ramp and through photographs through email and text. I now feel much safer in my 1991 mini Mayfair knowing it’s been treated with care by experts. My new wheels look great on it too. Many Thanks to the full team! Jennie

Brought a 1972 VW Beetle, broke down on the first day of driving. Spoke with Nicole and she booked me in to diagnose, which they did within 2 hours and had ordered the parts. Being the cynical sort I asked CCC to perform an inspection which discovered many worrying faults with the vehicle beyond what you would expect even from a classic car. Vladimir asked me to come to the garage to show me what he found. Overall the service and communication was excellent, from initial stages to the vehicle being shipped back to the dealer. I wouldn't hesitate to take my classic cars to them in the future. They have potentially not only saved me money, but also from driving a vehicle that was not in a road worthy condition. Massive thanks to Nicole, Vladimir and the team.

A breath of fresh air to find a company from reception to workshop having personnel that are genuinely interested in your classic car. It was truly reassuring to be meticulously guided through the process of assessing defects and prioritising essential to non essential work . A special thanks to Vladimir who kept me appraised of work as it progressed even phoning me after normal working hours a courtesy which I have never experienced from other companies in the past . As my MGB had been garaged for over two years I realised that various work was necessary and from the sourcing of parts to the cost of labour the whole process was completely transparent .
