The beans smell and taste like an ash tray and will be going in the bin. The beans came with a best before date and not a roast date. The only reason they’re a 2 star and not a 1 is because they’re so cheap and the delivery was prompt.

I ordered an espresso cup in November for a Christmas present, the delivery took 3 weeks and when it arrived it was the wrong item. When I asked for the correct item to be sent out asap I was told I couldn’t have a refund or the correct item wouldn’t be posted out until I had posted the original wrong item back to them. The nearest postage depot was a 25 minute drive away. Poor service.
