Rooms: Rooms perfect clean very luxury looking bed slightly uncomfortable being hard but that’s people preference as my mum who came with us liked that kind of bed. Very spacious and great storage Nearby activities: So much to do near by we didn’t even get through half the activities so much to come back and see Safety: Safety gates to provide safety and worked off car reg so didn’t need to get out and press any buttons or carry a card was great idea Walkability: Great walking lots of walking around the area Food & drinks: As said above the food and drinks on site very pricey for drinks the sports mainly due to them being canned pre mixed Can’t comment on the food as it wasn’t open long enough to get food as being out all day when coming back it shut at 4pm

Located within walking distance of clumber park. And a few miles off worksop. Its a great escape. Bare basics facilities but staff are punctual and efficient. Minor gripes like wifi. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely lodge and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the beauty of the natural surroundings. The lodge itself is nestled in a peaceful, secluded area that feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. Overall, I would highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting. The staff and the accommodations, were all top-notch, and I can't wait to come back and visit again!

Lovely location, accommodation on the other hand wasn't great, first look, you think this is lovely, once in the lodge there was a strong smell of wet dog, cleanness wasn't great, bedding smelt fusty and sleeping was very uncomfortable due to the beds. We returned home a day early as we was exhausted due to lack of sleep, the only mistake I made was not reporting this straight away. We certainly won't be returning, which is a shame as we was looking forward to a nice relaxing break, especially when we had a kids free weekend.
