    started with the the games master turning up with his lunch and proceeding to eat noodles during our video intro. not very professional. we did the experiments games which ended up with a "live actor" which was you guessed it noodle guy.. he was in the room for 3 quarters of the 60 minutes which was annoying and basically pointing out what was next and what we were supposed to do. we paid for 4 people and ended up with 5. I also as part of the game was locked in essentially a cupboard for 30 minutes so basically stood in there looking at Facebook. I have been to clue hq Birmingham and many other locations but this was the least professional of them all.

    Horrible. We did CSI. The room was not properly set up, with 3 locks already opened and a magnet missing for one of the puzzles, which got us stuck for a long time. No help received from the game master, not then and not when we got a measurement wrong, which prevented us to progress into the next stage. They say they will give you 5 clues if you ask for them, the game master was not responsive during the first 45 minutes of the game. The game master refused to give us a debrief of the room "just in case we want to come back". Don't you worry, we will not come back. Very disappointed.

    We have played Detonation and the game is OK. The place however is in need of complete refurbishment, it is very tired with the toilets being in an appalling state.

    The only reason why I’m giving one star is because I can’t give zero. We went in the detenation escape room and just before it started I asked the man if we have a limited amount of hints, he said no, so during we asked for hints, there was no response to more than half. And the hints that we did get, we’re things we had already descovered. Looking for something that wasn’t there took 15 20 minutes of our time and with 1 minute left we had found the one clue that lead us to escaping if we had not wasted that 20 minuites we would have escaped. The man that was in charge of giving us the hints was clearly not helpful and not paying any attention. We had done this for my birthday and it was a complete waste of time.Me and my friends we practically shouting at the cameras to get a hint and of course, we didn’t get one.The staff were completely not helpful. I would not recommend just because of the incompetent staff.
