This organisation via what I presume is a subsidiary in HOWDIDIDO offers what must feature in the top ten of worst services promoted over the internet. With celebrity endorsements featured right left and centre you would expect a quality service which is being paid for. Here lies the catch, I suspect this service has been cleverly designed with little in the way of CONTACT sources, those that are provided, do not function, I myself having sent several emails via the link provided, to have them returned a short time later. Once again they offer competitions with incentives such as, spending a day with a tour professional, or a short break with no less than the Hilton Group. Only to find faults in either the registration process, required in the Hilton comp. Or an IT issue with the Day with a Pro, and of course to cap it all no route for assistance or recourse. Having contacted Club Systems International by phone, their connection is fogged, and any contact information other than the faulty email address denied. Any wonder our society is going down the tubes, with such displays of ethical integrity or should I say an absence of the same.
