The room was both expensive and horrible with a very small window that was not opening and looking at a wall in which we felt like in prison. We couldn’t even breathe and left the room immediately. Even though we arrived at the hotel in the morning a room was not arranged and when we came back from city tour in the evening the receptionists told us that all of the rooms were full. They were not helpful at all. Also the rooms are apparently very old and the bathroom is very small and it has curtain which I have not seen for a few decades. No one can convince me that it is a 4 star hotel, 2 of the stars should have been mistakenly given. I’ll never ever step in that hotel again and not recommending it to anyone.

I had a fantastic 3 night stay at The Club Quarters at Trafalgar Square. The location is the best! It is across the street from The National Gallery and near numerous restaurants and the underground. The hotel staff are helpful and the room was quite nice. Boyd's Grill is a great restaurant located inside. There is a very nice 2nd floor lounge where there is complimentary coffee, te, and other hot beverages and work space. I highly recommend CQ!
