Nice hotel. Clean, modern, efficient and in a perfect location for London Bridge. Enjoyed my whole week here, the rooms are clearly well soundproofed as I did not hear a peep from any other guests yet I know there were people in the rooms around me! The free refillable water bottles on each floor is a great touch making it easy to keep hydrated. The gym was compact but had plenty to keep me in shape whilst I was away. Room itself was spacious, had a good desk and armchair, ample room in the wardrobe and a great bathroom. Yes the shower was warm with excellent pressure as we all know how disappointing they can be! Close to a nice bar and a couple of small supermarkets so convenient if you want to be in or out after work. Next time i am in town I will stay here.

Rooms: No fridge and the ice is only available at the basement level. Since one lift is out of service, I have to walk the stairs all the way to get it. Noteworthy details: Not worth with this price. It is a 2 stars inn level.

Worst hotel ever, smelly bathroom, old furniture, very thin walls. Breakfast was included in the Weatherspoon next door but the receptioniat did not provide the voucher upon check in. You had to go and request them in the morning or just pay for breakfast. To be avoided at all cost. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 4/5 … More

Rooms: Rooms were adequate. Be careful in the shower. It will turn hot then cold & back to normal. We did the express house keeping each day, but had difficulty getting the proper amount of towels. People at the front desk were very helpful, some more so than others. No safe in the room, but they do have some downstairs, not very convenient for us. Nearby activities: London Bridge was in walking distance. Everything else, we used the tube. Safety: My sister & I felt safe walking the streets day & night. Walkability: The tube is in walking distance & will get you just about anywhere you want to go. Easy once you get the hang of it. Employees are very helpful. Food & drinks: Restaurant was closed due to renovation. They have a pub, but was always so crowded, we did not use it.
