    Finished my six week challenge with the Club 100 team and highly recommend the programme. Yes it is hard work that you need to put in, yes you need to fully commit but if you do those two things across the six weeks while following the detox and metabolic boost programme you will get the results you signed up for. Full support is given by your assigned trainer but all of the club 100 team are dedicated to delivering the results you want, be it connecting physically or mentally back to regular except in order to deliver long term results. Great set up, great team. Do it !!

    I have just finished the 6 week challenge and I achieved 11.3% weight loss! I am absolutely thrilled with the results - I feel so much healthier, more energy, less aches and pains and very motivated to stay on track. I must admit that before I started I thought it would be a bit intimidating but nothing could be further from the truth - all the guys are complete professionals with hearts of gold! They are encouraging and kind and made the whole experience amazing and fun. I would highly recommend Club One Hundred.

    I didn’t think I would have the willpower or drive to commit to six weeks of training, detox and healthy eating. I lost just over 20lbs in the six week challenge which was over my 10% target and I can’t thank the Club One Hundred team enough for their support, guidance and enjoyable training sessions! I have already recommended the programme to so many people at work and would encourage anyone who doesn’t enjoy going to the gym to sign up with these guys as they will guide you to your goals!

    I’m very proud to announce my achievement of nailing my target 10% body weight loss thanks to the Club One Hundred 6 Week Weight Loss Challenge. The friendly personal support, incredible knowledge, fantastic nutritional advice wrapped in a judgment free zone atmosphere in the studio (it’s a gym but not as you’d know it) motivates you to succeed. It goes without saying that you need to be prepared to put the effort in but 6 weeks flys by and you’ll be lighter, fitter and sleeping like a baby by the end. A massive thank you to Mark, Gareth, Sarah and Anna at Club One Hundred for all their encouragement. You’ve motivated me to carry on into 2020 and the next challenge.

    Have recently finished the 6 week challenge and absolutely loved it! From initial contact right through until the end I felt really looked after by the team at club one hundred and they go above and beyond to help you along every step of the way. I had a huge panic when I managed to injure myself after week 1 however both my class coach Sarah and my accountability coach Gareth were amazing and adapted my sessions/homework to work around this. I would recommend all day long! It's not just a challenge it's a lifestyle change and it is worth every penny! I felt sad once it was over. Thanks to everyone especially Gareth for his relentless support!

    Have recently completed the 6 week challenge and I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, knowledge and great results that the trainer's at club 100 help you to achieve. From the first contact it has been a really positive experience, and the encouragement to push yourself to succeed from Gareth, Daryll and Mark makes all the difference. The 6 week challenge is a great concept to kick start a change that can see results fast, but more importantly it is a change that is sustainable rather than a quick short term fix. One of my better decisions when I signed up with club 100💪👊

    Great work all. I joined the 6 weeks' challenge and managed to lose 13% of my bodyweight with the support of Club One Hundred and coach Gareth! I really enjoyed following the diet plan and never having to worry about counting calories. Having a recipe book to follow really helped me with meal planning and prep and actually made me find pleasure in cooking again (I've always been very lazy when it comes to cooking)! The sessions are meant to push you hard, but it is good to know that your coach will be paying attention to your performance so you do it all safely and start perfecting the movements (and also push yourself harder than if you were just working out by yourself). I have not only lost weight but also feel much healthier, happier, more energised and stronger. My main aim was to make sure that eating well and exercising were finally a just a habit, rather than something I struggled with day in, day out. I think I'm on the track there, but will be joining club 100 for the next quarter to make sure that I don't fall off the wagon now!! Thanks all and especially Gareth for the support and unending patience and responsiveness!
