Just on a ski tour with Club Europe, we’re having an amazing time - thanks largely to our rep Matt. He couldn’t do more to help us organise and manage our group of hyper active teenagers! He is always super ‘on it’ sorting any activities, headcounting or planning the next event. Being fluent in various languages, he can chat to the locals and help our party communicate with ski instructors etc. He’s formed professional friendships with the staff, students and coach drivers. The tour was well planned and organised with good guidance throughout. Would reccomend.

We have always used Club Europe for our music tours and are currently organising our 5th with them. They are professional and thorough and always deliver. The accommodation that has been organised for us is always of the highest standard and we have performed in some wonderful venues. Everything is taken care of from safe travel to and from the country to specific dietary requirements. Rehearsal rooms and instrument storage are also taken care of and for each tour we have had a wonderful Tour Manager who speaks the language and who is there to sort out any problems. I took a group on a Club Europe tour in the summer of 2018 to Holland and Belgium. Our idea for the tour was a slightly unconventional plan and everyone at Club Europe immediately bought into it and were super supportive and enthused by what we wanted to do. It was the first tour I had led and although I was stressed they made it so so easy for me and supported me at every step of the way to make sure we had the best possible time away. Once we actually set off the week was amazing, our rep was genuinely one of the most incredible people I have ever met and has now become a firm part of our team, even coming and visiting us at school only last week. The gigs were epic and the whole time we were were away was filled with once in a life time moments. Nothing was ever difficult and the user portal meant that I always had all the paperwork and info at my fingertips. I honestly can’t put into words how I feel about the tour. It was truly life changing for the young people and the staff and it’s now one of the things that the school use to promote our offer. It’s made the group we took into an unbreakable family and has had the most profound effect on the confidence of every single one of them. Thank you so much.
