I used to book an airport transfer with them. The last time was yesterday. Unacceptable driver, going circles, obviously to charge more at 5:45 in the morning, in empty roads. I was dropped outside drop off area and still was charged £5 extra. I contacted them by phone and by text to complain about extra charges. No reply, no response. Unacceptable!! Shame they deal with people. Never again!!

Do not use this company, last Tuesday my partner and I got a cab from premier inn north (near the airport) to the airport train station the price was supposed to be £13 when I checked my bank they’d charged me £26! We’ve rang back several times since and we’ve had zero help and no refund. (The driver didn’t even drop us off at the taxi drop off point at the train station when there was space to do so). Don’t use.

AVOID! Nearly ruined our holiday. Pre-booked a taxi for 5am and there was no sign of a taxi after 10 mins of waiting so we phoned the helpline. We were told a new driver was coming in 15 minutes even though we pre-booked so we were 30 mins late to the airport. Driver was unprofessional and the whole experience made us stressed. Would never use again.

Awful service for the 1st time from Club Cars Manchester. The Driver was awful and extremely dangerous, didn’t know where he was going. For a 5-10mins drive and to a large location which was Manchester Airport Railway Station. If you ever have a booking where you driver is called Abdul in a white Nissan Micra. Take my advice and cancel it immediately for your own sake & safety.
