Fantastic gym and a great space with al the equipment you'd need, including several squat racks/lifting platforms, a pool, Olympic rings and even a boxing ring! I visited on a day pass as was in the area and would be seriously tempted to join if I lived closer. Friendly staff and clean and tidy changing rooms.
