The only down side was the queue to get in which should have a fastrack facility for those who have pre-booked and the heat! It was a very warm day and air conditioning was needed!

Check in staff slow and uninterested and a big queue. This happened outside of school holidays, god forbid during. Avoid and just go elsewhere.

(Translated by Google) Lounge at T5 in which to stay only if you have free access. It is often full, the choice of food and drink is minimal. No toilets inside. Very correct staff, very good view of the slopes and the tarmac. However, it's still better than waiting at the door, but again, if you don't pay for access.

WORSTTT EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY WASTING YOUR LIFE!!! Only allows entrance 3 hr before departure(which if that was the only constraint, I would not be writing this), but when we showed up, rude worker said it was full and asked everyone to scan the QR code to join the waitlist. Waitlist page horribly built, and completely misleading!! The page says wait time will vary based on party size, which is true, but apparently IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT PLACE IN LINE YOU ARE AT. I was one of the first to scan and fill out waitlist request when the waitlist started, so I was keeping an eye out for who came after us, and the size of their party. After 30 minutes of waiting, another party of the same size as us that arrived after us went in. I went to go ask the worker how this waitlist works, and he was not only rude, but completely useless. Apparently you cannot even find out what place in line you are at or literally ANY information regarding the waitlist. After asking over and over again, the worker finally told me that the waitlist is also based on departure time WHICH THE WAITLIST PAGE COMPLETELY FAILS TO MENTION (which also makes me question… what priority does the line order even hold, like I would much rather wait in line bc that would be more fair)! Anyways, 1 hr of waiting and still going without any estimations or information about what is happening, at this point our plane is probably going to leave before we get anywhere with this stupid waitlist.

Used my Priority Pass benefit to access the lounge. The lounge was busy and we had to wait and an hour to get in but the slightly more peaceful ambiance was much better than hanging out in the open spaces of terminal 5. The food was ok, they had rice, a sweet chickpea stew, chicken "fajitas" and some salad. They also had a hilarious pancake machine that made cute little pancakes. Finally they had some delicious cinnamon sugar mini donuts which went perfectly with the coffee. Wheelchair accessibility: Narrow pathways and crowded seating might make it challenging for people on wheelchairs.

Being in Heathrow 5, the main terminal for BA in the UK, you’d think the lounge would be nice and big… Well, Stansted Airport lounge is better and that says a lot. Small, crowded and very poor selection of food. Coffee tastes like dirty water. Don’t bother coming

This is not a criticism of the team at Heathrow (who were helpful and lovely), but rather the company as a whole. They have cut so many corners in their lounges that there is hardly anything left. The food is awful, and if you want anything nice, it costs extra. Sadly, this has been my experience with Club Aspire lounges worldwide. Whenever there is another option, I go elsewhere.
