AVIOD THIS COMPANY - Order placed on 17th April, the website said the item was in stock, 4 days later I had heard nothing so I rang to be told they are awaiting stock, will be early next week. Next week comes and still I have heard nothing so I ring again to be told the item will be sent out by the end of that week. The end of the week comes and still the item has not been sent, I call again and this time get a message ‘the caller can’t take your call at the moment’. I have now contacted my bank and are in the process of initiating a chargeback against the merchant.

Visited today, loads of stock in there pretty much everything from every supplier. In fact there is so much stock it can be difficult to find or choose what you want, probably best to look on their website before you go to get an idea of what you want before you go to make it easier when you get there, but it’s all laid out in sections, Preston, Drennan, Guru etc. I’ve seen some reviews saying that items don’t have prices on them, and this is true in part but I found it quite easy to use their website on my phone to check the price, however having said that most things did actually have a price on them. Both the staff I met were helpful and checked several times that I had the right things and what I wanted. Prices are good, pretty much what you’d expect from any tackle shop, without going online and searching for hours. Overall a good experience and I can see myself going back.

After waiting 2 weeks for an item to arrive the store owner rudely put the phone down on me for a general update on where my item was, he said he'd call back....he never did. Item lost in transit but can't be arsed to chase it up and look after his paying customer. Tbh I'll steer clear from them in future as I guess I'll never get my item.
