I am so happy I came across CLS, they are absolutely worth every penny! We were allocated Charlie as our advisor, from first point of contact he was superb. He took the time to understand our concerns and look at the various options. He was so patient and reassuring and explained everything thoroughly to ensure we understood and were making an informed decision. Victoria, Charlie's administrator was equally fantastic and super friendly and efficient. I was (unnecessarily) really worried about the outcome of our application and she was really reassuring and provided lots of updates quickly to help put my mind at ease. If I could give 10 stars for the both of them I would. If you are allocated Charlie and Victoria you are really lucky, trust them and the process, they are the fantastic!
