I am always happy to take the van on holiday post service safe in the knowledge everything will work as expected. An external bbq point was fitted by Mark prior to us buying our caravan - this was later flagged as dangerous in a service by another company. It highlighted unsafe practice with gas (there was a gas leak) as well as the potential for gas to travel between the front locker and inside the van. In fitting it, Mark also cut through a structural bracket meaning our caravan was condemned. Swift advised what needed to be done to put this right and I updated Mark throughout. On the phone he told me that he wouldn’t turn his back on it and would contribute towards putting it right. I have tried, on countless occasions, to contact Mark about this and no longer get replies. I’d be very wary if anyone is considering using CLS Mobile for work on their pride and joy. I am over £2000 out of pocket now that I’ve had to pay to have his work put right.
