From all the staff members, to the activities, resources and facilities it is a superb nursery, whilst also being very nurturing and supportive at the same time. My husband and I have noticed amazing developmental changes in our son and attribute much of this to his daycare environment. As any parent or guardian will know, choosing a nursery for your child is a daunting experience, especially when it’s your first and you have no idea what to expect and you are filled with parent guilt for even looking at childcare options. After extensive research, we decided to send our daughter to Clowns Nursery and it was the best decision for our family. The team are so warm and welcoming, it feels like home from home, a safe environment for your baby/toddler to go to because the team are so attentive and nurturing. My daughter is so happy and is thriving because of the efforts made by everyone. You can tell that Clowns nursery is passionate about the level of care they provide whilst also ensuring that parents are put at ease. This really is the best nursery in London and I would highly recommend it.

There are not enough superlatives to describe what a special, caring, unique and excellent nursery this is. The opportunities that this nursery gives to the children not on an occasional basis but every single day is quite unbelievable. They employ specialist staff so that in a single week, the children will be doing focussed activities such as drama, yoga, music, PE and mindfulness, all on top of the usual educational activities you’d expect to see at a nursery (e.g. art, books, learning colours) . Their approach to teaching the children is so very creative with exciting set-ups in the classrooms and fabulously clever ideas for how to make learning fun. And within all of the learning, the nursery instills important values for life such as resilience, kindness, teamwork and a growth mindset. The staff are warm, patient and caring and clearly love what they do. The feedback and dialogue with parents is regular and thorough (via daily handover, newsletters and an app) and they are always willing to discuss any concerns you may have and provide extra support for your child if necessary. The proprietor is very hands-on and available if necessary. It’s clear that she genuinely knows and cares about each and every child in her care. My son has absolutely flourished at Clowns. It is often the case that other parents with children the same age are amazed by his confidence and wide knowledge…traits I put down to this very special nursery. A question I hear often is “Did you teach him that?”…the answer is generally “No, it’s the nursery!”. The atmosphere at Clowns is nurturing and my son has always felt safe and happy there. If you have the opportunity to send your child to Clowns, do not hesitate. You can’t give your child a better start in life.

Clowns is a wonderful nursery. Both my children have gone there and I could not have asked for a better experience. Tracy and her team have done an incredible job creating a really nurturing and happy environment and really instilled in my children a love of learning that will hopefully stay with them. The education is fantastic and left my eldest (who is now at a selective school) very well prepared for Reception and beyond. I really appreciate how Tracy and the team go above and beyond for the children, a great example being the teaching of “the growth mindset”. An outstanding nursery, really no complaints and could not ask for more.

My eldest daughter attended Clowns nursery from September 2018-August 2021, my son started in September 2020 and he is in his final year at present. They both absolutely thrived at Clowns and I have always been exceptionally happy with the level of care provided. Tracy and her staff are wonderful and Clowns has been a safe, nurturing, enriching environment for both my children. It is very clear how much thought and organisation goes into every aspect of care from detailed weekly timetables to well balanced meal menus. It provides fantastic learning opportunities including specialist teachers (PE, music, drama), forest school and extra curricular clubs. I couldn’t have been happier with my choice to send my children to Clowns and we will all be extremely emotional saying goodbye in the summer when my son leaves to start school. It is a very special place, I would highly recommend!

Clowns is an exceptional Nursery. Each child is treated as an individual, and the staff go above and beyond to support them in any way that they can. There is constant communication between the parents and teachers, who willingly take the time to create lessons that are structured and accessible to children of all abilities. We speak with our daughters teachers everyday, and they inform us of all of the activities that she has completed, as well as providing suggestions as to how we can further support her at home. Their extra attention to detail, shows that Clowns is not just a school, it’s a family. It is most definitely the best start to our daughter’s educational career.

My husband and I have sent 3 children to Clowns over a 9 year period. We had looked around at other nurseries and Clowns is above and beyond any of other local nurseries. Our kids are thriving due to the genuine care and support from the wonderful staff. My two older children who left Clowns went onto academically selective schools which I know is due to the high quality education that they had received at Clowns. Tracy has managed to find the perfect balance of academically preparing the kids for the 4 plus whilst also keeping their innocence by nurturing them and allowing them to be children. I cannot recommend Clowns highly enough.
