Our cottage rental includes fully equipped kitchens, linens and towels, cable TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor grill, and fire pit. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea.

Is there a minimum or maximum stay requirement?

Yes, there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights and a maximum stay requirement of seven nights.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled more than 30 days in advance. If cancelled within 30 days of the reservation, no refund is provided.

Are there any additional fees or charges not included in the rental price?

We do require a $200 refundable security deposit, which is returned after the rental period provided there is no damage to the property. There is also a cleaning fee of $75 per stay.

How do I access the property and what is the check-in/check-out process?

We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to access the property prior to your arrival. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. We ask that you leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived, and return the key to the designated location.
