It is a rare to come across a company with such a good product, at so low a cost, and with such incredible customer service. Every time I've had an issue with my website (and to be clear, it's never been a server problem - in fact I can't even remember the last time the server was down), CloudAbove has answered it within minutes via chat, in a highly professional and friendly way. Very recently, we needed to transfer a new WordPress website that was sitting on a developer's server over to CloudAbove. I was worried this was going to be either a major hassle or a significant cost. It turned out it was neither. I emailed over the files and database for the site, and CloudAbove got the site up and running within a few hours, dealing directly with the DNS changes required and fixing various gremlins along the way without my needing to do anything. It's brilliant to feel that level of expertise is there to support you. All I can say is, if you're thinking about moving to CloudAbove, stop thinking and just do it. You won't get a better offer or better service.
