I had a treatment with Dr. Alvin, who I fully trust and recommend. He is always professional, my skin looks so much better since I am in his care. Cloud Twelve is a lovely place for pamper. I had my 10 year old son with me who enjoyed his smoothie in Brasserie whilst I was having my treatment done. Perfect.

I spent a few hours this afternoon and left feeling in an utterly blissed out state! The attention to detail is incredible. Karen was so gorgeous and everyone made me feel welcome and nourished. Dorota’s facial was stunning and I had a body scrub which was also something I’ll be repeating. Lunch was delicious! Will definitely be back - it is a beautiful gem in Notting Hill
