  The whole experience from start to finish was compassionate and done with the upmost respect of all involved at a very sad and difficult time we know we go through when losing your furry loved one. From the lady on the phone who organised it all and then when our dog passed away on her own about 3 hours before she was due to be put to sleep forever. I called them to say we didn’t need the vet anymore. They collected her and then sent her ashes to us with a lovely paw print and beautiful card and candle with the loveliest words in. I would use them again and again. Thank you 😊 I would like to add this was back in 2021 In August for our beautiful Jess, Labrador who was 14 years old. I realised I had not left a review at that sad time.

  Not pain free AT ALL & no reply to our emails asking what went wrong. We booked Cloud 9 on the recommendation of our vet as we knew our beautiful cat, Kalinka, was nearing the end and we wanted a way for her to pass away in a stress and pain free way at home. We have been left with the image her face screaming in pain as she scrabbled to get away from the needle during the first injection. We’d been assured the process would be pain free – and had very few concerns given Kalinka had been diabetic so was very used to injections – however that was not our experience with Cloud 9. We have never seen her so scared and frantic to get away; her screaming terror-filled face will remain with us forever as one of the last fully-conscious moments of her life. This was two months ago and it’s taken us this long to post this review as we were: 1) mourning; 2) waiting for Cloud 9 to reply to our initial and follow up emails requesting an explanation of what had gone wrong; and 3) hoping that with time/healing we could see this in a different light. However, having thought about the traumatic experience a great deal we felt the need to post this as we didn’t see a single review mentioning the pain involved in the process and wanted to warn pet parents that your darling little love may not have the peaceful end you hoped for. In hindsight, we wished we’d taken Kalinka to the vet for a painfree end. She hated to travel and we didn’t want to cause her more strees but it would have been better than the experience she went through. The ‘bedside manner’ of the visiting vet was also very strange as she nattered on the whole time about her crumpled paperwork, new stationery case, smaller backpack, recent knee surgery, etc., when we were trying to have our final moments with our little baby, and didn’t seem to care that Kalinka was screaming in pain.

  We sadly felt it was time for our beautiful lady ~ Twinkle, to find her peace & rest after 21 years of being a part of our family, she had started to get too poorly with age and it was sadly time for her to sleep, she found it so stressful going to the vets in the car and we just didn’t want to inflict that on her in her final hours. We found Cloud 9 Vets online and I am so glad I did, they were really lovely to talk to, very sympathetic and understanding, they organised everything for us On 1st April a lovely vet Audra came to visit us, she was lovely and so kind and explained everything that was going to happen. Twinkle slept in her comfy bed with her blankets, and us all touching her, telling her how much we love her and we said good bye. It was very sad but so very beautiful too. There was no stress just quiet, peace & calm, which was exactly what we wanted for her and what she deserved. Audra brought her own lovely bed to put Twinkle in, with Twinkles blankets, and she took her to Divinity Pet Crematorium for us. I brought Twinkle home yesterday and she now has a beautiful sunny place on our windowsill above where she used to love to sleep 💕 We cannot recommend Cloud 9 Vets enough, they were amazing and have made everything as easy as it possibly could be in this sad time, and thank you so much Elsa and Audra for all your kindness and caring

  MY DOG IS DYING AND I E MAILED THESE A HOLES AS IT STATES ON THERE SIGHT AND NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME THINK THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DECUSTING OFF THEM WHEN THEY TURN ROUND AND SAY THEY ARE COMPASIONTE A OUT WHAT THEY DO I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THEM FOR NOT RESPONDING. I ADVISE NOT TO USE THEM ITS JUST A BIG MONEY MAKING SCEAM TO CHARGE YOU TO TALK TO THEM BEFOR THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO HELP.

  Thank you to the team at Cloud 9 who helped make the process easier for us. They provided a gentle and compassionate service and helped give my pup some peace from his chronic illness. We couldn't imagine not being able to do this at home in his natural environment. Elsa was very kind over the phone when helping to arrange everything.

  I unfortunately had to have my Grandmothers cat euthanised this morning after a lengthy fight with Cancer. Sonia arrived and was incredibly respectful, kind and patient. We really appreciate her and her work ethic. Thank you Sonia

  Would definitely recommend Cloud 9, our lovely labrador Bonnie was put to sleep in the comfort of her own home, with her family all around her. Henry the vet was kind and caring and talked us through what was going to happen, nothing was too much trouble for him, as Bonnie slipped away peacefully. The vet stayed with us for a little while which was lovely. The receptionists was fantastic handling calls in a kind, caring manner. We also received a lovely card after Bonnies passing which was lovely. Thank you for making our dogs final journey a peaceful one.

  Thank you so much for making the euthanasia of my 5 year old cat Skye on the 9th September. Skye became unwell quickly & was being treated for chronic pancreatitis. However, at the time of her euthanasia was found to have a very large abdominal mass, not present on X-ray 6 weeks before this.I lost the most precious thing I owned but it was the most stress free experience I have had & would recommend it to all pet owners , if the choice is there. The Vet Sonia was fantastic. She was compassionate, caring & made the whole process straightforward. Skye had exactly the experience I wanted for her, as she gave out nothing but love and affection in her short life 💜🐱💜. A small tattoo on my right wrist, of her beautiful little face will keep her with me forever 💜🐱💜 . Thank you 🙏🏼

  Although the situation was horrible for us , I'm really glad we used cloud 9 vets and their wonderful service. I'm so glad this service is available and everything was unrushed and respectful. Thankyou for giving our beloved dog "Jules" a dignified end .

  Sonia was amazing. Gentle, understanding and compassionate, she helped ease our minds of the difficult decision we had to make to put our beloved terrier of 14 years to sleep after examining him as he was suffering from terminal cancer. Thank you for making his passing peaceful and without pain. I can't recommend Cloud 9 highly enough! Their service is excellent.
